No Dialtone/Phone not working
If you are having issues with the phone at your store not ringing/making calls, or if it has no dialtone. Please try the following:
- Find the area with the phone modem equipment, this is usually in the back somewhere. All three devices are usually installed right next to each other.
- First locate this device and pull the power plug on it for 5 seconds and then plug it back in
- After waiting 1 full minute for the previous device to boot up, locate this device and pull the power plug for 5 seconds and then plug it back in.
- After 1 more minute for the previous device to boot up, find and pull the power plug on this device for 5 seconds and then plug it back in.
That last one will have a red FAIL light, once that goes out (takes about 3 minutes) then test your phones out.
