No Dialtone/Phone not working

If you are having issues with the phone at your store not ringing/making calls, or if it has no dialtone. Please try the following:

  1. Find the area with the phone modem equipment, this is usually in the back somewhere. All three devices are usually installed right next to each other.
  2. First locate this device and pull the power plug on it for 5 seconds and then plug it back in

  3. After waiting 1 full minute for the previous device to boot up, locate this device and pull the power plug for 5 seconds and then plug it back in.

  4. After 1 more minute for the previous device to boot up, find and pull the power plug on this device for 5 seconds and then plug it back in.

  5. That last one will have a red FAIL light, once that goes out (takes about 3 minutes) then test your phones out.
